Damir DupinPrincipal

Damir Dupin - Principal

Damir Dupin has lived in Las Vegas since 1982 where he attended UNLV, raised his family and founded All American Services, Inc. In 1990, he was hired by the Clark County Fire Department and proudly worked with the Department, culminating in a 26-year career as a Firefighter/Engineer. He continued working and expanding his business to include restoration, contracting and commercial/residential construction. Damir is a strong leader with an excellent work ethic. His knowledge, proficiency and integrity has enabled him to assemble and manage a qualified team of professionals. Damir is recognized by the insurance restoration industry as being a professional in the industry with over 30 years of experience. In 2011, his company was recognized by the insurance industry as a top performer in the West Coast Region and was awarded the “Golden Hammer” award for their achievement.

Eric Frye - Principal

Eric Frye is a General Contractor with over 20 year’s experience and has performed various types of commercial construction projects across the United States. He founded and operated several construction companies and grew them into multi-million dollar operations. Eric is an expert in estimating, scheduling, project planning, value engineering and conceptual estimates. He has managed to fast-track projects while keeping businesses open and completed projects on time and within budget.

Michael Clutts - Director of Construction

I’m a 55 year native resident to the Las Vegas valley. I began my construction career in 1977 working summers for my father in the Sheet Metal Industry. After high school, I became an Apprentice Sheet Metal worker and advanced to a Foreman in 1988. I have worked on major Las Vegas Strip resorts such as The Mirage, Treasure Island, Luxor, MGM Grand, Excalibur, Harrah’s (I and II expansions), and the Flamingo, as well as resports in Laughlin, Nevada and various High, Middle and Elementary schools though out the Las Vegas valley.

In 2004 I started my career as a Project Superintendent and oversaw many project types, including high-end custom homes, tenant improvements, and ground up construction. My work at McCarran International Airport was recognized by Bechtel and I was offered a position in 2008 as the Senior Inspector for the McCarran Terminal III Project, where I oversaw the Construction of the General Contractor and Sub Contractors to ensure that this project was being constructed per the contract documents, implementing design changes and ensuring that the Safety Standards were met at all times. I accepted this position and challenge and helped bring this project to a very successful completion. Today I am the Director of Construction with AACI keeping the estimating on track, budgets in line and construction on schedule.

Donna Prada – Business Development

Donna Prada moved to Las Vegas from Long Island, NY in 2004 and has been involved in the commercial real estate development industry ever since. Her experience ranges from negotiating contracts, commercial real estate development and franchise sales. Donna has worked with some of the nation’s top developers and commercial real estate professionals. She has an extensive network of clients including owners, developers, architects and brokers. She prides herself on cultivating and maintaining relationships with her colleagues and believes in finding solutions for everyone and creating win-win situations.

Kozue MayeOffice Manager

Kozue Maye

Kozue Maye joined the Japanese Navy at the age of 18, where she served 3 years as an Aircraft Maintenance/Crew Chief/Flight Scheduler. Upon completion of her contracted term, she worked at the Aero Engine Plant in Tokyo, Japan in the accounting division. Her duties included monitoring financial transactions, reviewing and translation of contracts for major airlines, including United Airlines and Delta Airlines from English to Japanese. She was also involved in many forms of market analysis within the region. Opportunity arose to work for the US Air Force as a civilian, where she worked as a Quality Assurance Personnel to manage and inspect a $35 Million Family Housing Renovation Project. She was also assigned as the primary inspector for all maintenance and renovation work for all General Officers’ Housing units, to ensure all contractors to comply with the Air Force Work Statement and operated within contract terms. The project was a success, exceeding the General Officers’ Expectations. She moved to United States, where she became an Office Manager, and Maintenance Manager in a Property Management firm that represented over 400 properties. In addition to her international experience, she passed the Nevada State Contractors Board Business & Law Exam to become a Management Qualifier for a General Contractor in the State of Nevada.

John Darin

JOHN J. DARIN has been a licensed architect for over two decades. Since starting his career in Southern California, he has held licenses in that state, Nevada and Arizona and four others. Earning a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, John practiced architecture in Santa Monica, California before moving to Las Vegas in March of 1999.

With a strong construction background, John has managed many design and construction projects both from all vantage points including Architect, Owner’s Representative, Contractor Design/Build partner, as well as an Owner’s Project Representative. He is well versed in the Design/Build delivery system after over a decade of D/B projects.

John has successfully completed projects in almost every category, from the highly technical ground-up 183,000 s.f. medical research laboratory to the small 1,000 s.f. tenant improvement / remodel. He has completed many restaurants, retail buildings (both shell & tenant improvements), commercial centers, office buildings, aviation facilities, out-patient medical facilities, housing structures, educational facilities and religious buildings.

John is well versed in local, state-wide, national and international building codes, laws, ordinances and regulations. He is experienced in accessibility codes and laws including ADA, as well as knowledgeable in environmental & sustainability practices.

Dhru JoshiProject Engineer

Dhru Joshi - Estimator/Project Engineer

Dhru Joshi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Civil Engineering Technology. Dhru is an honest employee that has great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to research and provide solutions. Dhru demonstrates excellent follow up skills and practices team work on a daily basis. He also served in the US Armed Forced and in 2010 Dhru received the Army medal of achievements for Excellent Work Ethics. His technical skills include AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Revit, Blue Beam and Viewpoint. Dhru is a highly motivated, passionate individual with a commitment of integrity to himself and those around him.
